3. Promotion Period

3.1. The overall period for the Promotion is: from 00:00 UTC+3 on November 21, 2025, to 23:59 UTC +3 on November 28, 2025 (hereinafter — the "Promotion Period").

4. Territory of the Promotion

4.1. The Promotion is conducted globally online. The Promotion is open to participants in all jurisdictions where such promotions are legally permitted. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. Notification of Promotion Rules

5.1. Participants are informed of the Rules by publishing these Rules on the website Edvibe.com for the entire duration of the Promotion Period.

6. Promotion Conditions

6.1. For users on the "Standard" plan:

To participate in the Promotion, the following actions must be completed during the Promotion Period:

6.1.1. For new users: Purchase a "Teaching" plan subscription for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year on the website: Edvibe.com (hereinafter — the "Platform").
6.1.2. For existing registered users with an active "Teaching" plan subscription:
6.1.2.1. Extend the duration of the "Teaching" plan subscription by 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. If you have auto-renewal enabled and it’s scheduled for Black Friday, you’ll need to switch to a longer plan or a plan with more students to receive the discount.
6.1.2.2. Increase the number of connectable users within the current subscription.
6.1.3. Users who complete the actions specified above will be granted a discount. The exact discount amount will be indicated on the Platform at the time of payment.

6.2. For users on the "PRO" plan:

To participate in the Promotion, the following actions must be completed:

6.2.1. During the Promotion Period (from 00:00 UTC +3 on 21.11.2025 to 23:59 UTC +3on 28.11.2025), make a one-time deposit to the account balance of at least $ 500.00 USD (five hundred US dollars) or the equivalent in EUR.
6.2.2. Users who fulfill this condition will receive a bonus credited to their Edvibe personal account by December 5, 2025 (inclusive). The bonus will be 12% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum bonus of $ 150.00 USD (one hundred fifty US dollars).
6.2.3. The bonus will be credited only once for the first deposit made during the Promotion Period.

7. Rights of the Participant

7.1. To review the Promotion Rules.
7.2. To participate in the Promotion in the manner defined by these Rules and to receive information about changes to the Rules.
7.3. To request information about the Promotion from the Organizer in accordance with these Rules.

8. Obligations of the Participant

The Participant undertakes:

8.1. To perform all actions related to participation in the Promotion within the timelines established by these Rules.
8.2. To provide current and accurate data for participation in the Promotion.

9. Rights of the Organizer

The Organizer has the right:

9.1. To change the Rules or cancel the Promotion during the first half of the Promotion Period. Notification of such changes or cancellation will be made in the manner specified in Section 5 of these Rules.
9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems with communication channels used during the Promotion, nor for the impossibility of contacting the Participant.
9.3. The Organizer reserves the right not to enter into written negotiations or other contacts with Participants, except as provided in these Rules or required by applicable law.
9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any consequences of Participant errors, including (but not limited to) any costs incurred by the Participant.
9.5. The Organizer is not liable for technical failures on the Website or related disruptions during the Promotion, provided they did not arise through the Organizer’s fault.

10. Obligations of the Organizer

The Organizer undertakes:

10.1. To conduct the Promotion in the manner defined by these Rules.

11. Additional Conditions

11.1. Participants must be natural persons who have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
11.2. Participation in the Promotion automatically implies the Participant’s familiarization and full agreement with these Rules.
11.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of its obligations if caused by the Participant providing incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate personal data.

12. Data Privacy and Processing of Personal Data

12.1. Participation in the Promotion and the provision of personal data (including but not limited to: full name, contact phone number, e-mail) constitutes the Participant’s consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of conducting the Promotion.
12.2. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s official Privacy Policy (available on the Platform) and all applicable data protection laws.
12.3. For Participants residing in the European Union, all personal data processing will be conducted in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12.4. A Participant may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by:
12.4.1. Sending a written notice of withdrawal to the Organizer’s legal address: Study Space, Inc., 131 Continental Drive, Suite 301, Newark, Delaware 19 713, USA.
12.4.2. Sending an electronic request to the email address: support@edvibe.com
12.5. If a Participant withdraws consent during the Promotion Period, they automatically forfeit the right to participate in the Promotion and lose their status as a Participant from the moment the Organizer receives such notification.
