3. Promotion Period

3.1. The overall period for the Promotion is: from 00:00 UTC+3 on November 21, 2025, to 23:59 UTC +3 on November 28, 2025 (hereinafter – the "Promotion Period").

4. Territory of the Giveaway

4.1. The Promotion is conducted globally online. The Promotion is open to participants in all jurisdictions where such promotions are legally permitted. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. Notification of Rules

5.1. Participants are informed of the Rules by publishing them on the website edvibe.com for the entire Promotion Period.

6. Giveaway Conditions

6.1. Eligibility: All users who purchase a "Teaching" plan for 3, 6, or 12 months during the Promotion Period are eligible to participate. Applicable segments: Standard, any volume.
6.2. Exclusions: The following payments do not qualify for participation in the Giveaway:

• AI Assistant payments
• Payments under previous tariffs
• PRO plan payments

6.3. Registration: Participation is automatically recorded upon payment of the eligible plan. The number of participants is unlimited.
6.4. Prizes: 30 winners will receive $ 30 bonus points each to their platform account.
Bonus points can be used to pay for future plans, purchase collections, or AI+.
6.5. Exclusion of Participants: Accounts will be excluded from the Giveaway if a refund request is submitted during or after the Promotion Period.
6.6. Winner Selection: Winners are selected randomly based on the email registered with the teacher account.
6.7. Results: The Giveaway results will be finalized on December 5, 2025. Results will be announced by December 10, 2025, on social media. A list of winners will be published as partially anonymized emails (e.g., y****n@gmail.com) in the Edvibe instagram channel: https://www.instagram.com/edvibe/?hl=en, so participants can identify their account without exposing personal data. A screen recording confirming the results will be attached.
6.8. Notification and Credit of Bonuses: Winners will be informed by email about their win, the bonus credit date, and possible ways to use the bonus points. Bonuses will be credited to the account no later than December 12, 2025.

7. Rights of Participants

7.1. To review the Rules of the Giveaway.
7.2. To participate in the Giveaway according to these Rules and receive information about any changes.
7.3. To request information from the Organizer regarding the Giveaway, in accordance with these Rules.

8. Obligations of Participants

Participants undertake to:

8.1. Complete all actions required for participation within the timelines set in these Rules.
8.2. Provide accurate and up-to-date personal data to participate in the Giveaway.

9. Rights of the Organizer

The Organizer reserves the right to:

9.1. Amend the Rules or cancel the Giveaway during the first half of the Promotion Period, with notification to participants as per section 5.
9.2. Not be responsible for technical issues with communication channels or inability to contact participants.
9.3. Not enter into written negotiations or other contacts with participants except as provided in these Rules or required by applicable law.
9.4. Not be responsible for any consequences of participant errors, including incurred costs.
9.5. Not be liable for technical failures on the website or related disruptions during the Giveaway, if not caused by the Organizer.

10. Obligations of the Organizer

10.1. To conduct the Giveaway in accordance with these Rules.

11. Additional Conditions

11.1. Participants must be natural persons of legal age in their jurisdiction.
11.2. Participation implies full acceptance of these Rules.
11.3. The Organizer is not responsible if its obligations are not fulfilled due to participants providing incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate data.

12. Data Privacy and Processing of Personal Data

12.1. Participation and provision of personal data (full name, contact phone number, email) constitutes the participant’s consent to the Organizer processing their personal data for the purposes of the Giveaway.
12.2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws on personal data protection.
12.3. Participants may withdraw consent at any time by:
